Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order value.

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
-
Duties and taxes: For orders to the USA, Canada, Europe, Australia, the UK, New Zealand and the UAE, we pay customs duties and import taxes, so there are no extra charges on delivery. For all other countries, any import duties or taxes charged on delivery are the responsibility of the customer.
-
US orders: Most US orders are sent to our US hub and delivered locally. The tracking number you receive is the local one. It updates once your parcel moves locally, so it may look unchanged at first.
-
Delivery times may vary for remote areas.
In certain countries we may use local courier services for order fulfillment. In any case, you will receive a tracking number to trace your parcel and delivery. We cannot ship to the countries under sanctions by the US and UN.
