  1. Any items whatsoever which have been provided free-of-charge with the relevant products must also be returned.
  2. You must take reasonable care of any products that you wish to return and not use them. The products must be returned in their original conditions. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage caused to the items during your possession and may reject the request to return, exchange or refund.
  3. In accordance with global retail industry standards, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges of products in the following categories
    - Undergarments
    - Fragrances
    - Personal care or other products which are personalised to your order.
  4. In the case of faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods, we may offer you a substitute or replacement product or we will give you a full refund through the possible means, including any delivery charges you paid for (if any). In any case you must return the faulty, damaged or incorrect products to us as soon as possible in the same condition as supplied.


  1. Email us at with Subject as “Return – Order Number” (Example: Return – #1234)
  2. Tell us the details of the return items
  3. We will approve your refund and provide you a quotation of return cost using our courier partner DHL

  4. Choose Pickup from our DHL Account (We will Email AWB pdf to print and give to courier, The cost will be deducted from the refund amount)

  5. Send the items via your own Shipping method. (Must be Tracked with Proof of Delivery)

We charge a return shipping fee per item in order to avoid misuse of our shipping offers. Some customers will order multiple items in order to see, feel and try on various colors and sizes and then return most of them if not all of them. This is very costly to us as a business and it is unfair to other customers also, who are genuine buyers because we cannot offer the cheapest shipping options we would like to, and increases the carbon footprint in our world.


Our Products are created to the highest quality and we want to ensure you are happy with your purchase, however, if you receive a faulty item, an incorrect size or item, or it is not up to our usual standards please contact our customer care team so that we can resolve the issue.

In such cases, you will be provided with a store credit that you can use to place an exchange order, like ordering a different size or color for the style you returned. You can also place an order for a completely different product or products. And, if you don’t want to place a new order at this moment in time, then you can rest assured that your store credit does not expire and you can place another order at any time in the future


Once your return is inspected and refunded you will receive a confirmation email. All refunds will be made back to the original payment method. Please allow 2 to 5 working days from receiving your refund confirmation email for the funds to show back in your account.

Please note if upon inspection an item is stained or damaged, it may be returned back to the customer or 25% may be deducted from the refund amount, however please be assured we will contact you before we make a decision.

  • Any items whatsoever which have been provided free-of-charge with the relevant products must also be returned.
  • Original Shipping Fees paid with the order is NOT refundable.

Discount (Coupons / Credit Notes)

  • If your items were purchased with a Coupon or Gift Certificate, the Coupon/Gift Certificate will be refunded/reimbursed before another payment source.
  • Only the original amount paid for the specific returned item minus all credit notes, shipping cost and coupon will be returned.
  • If any promotional items that as freebie/giveaway with the returned item, they must also be returned to receive full refund for the item.


If you want to cancel an order after placing, then please contact us as soon as possible as we are quite fast in ensuring orders get to customers as quickly as possible. So, orders are dispatched as they come and can be out of our doors in a matter of a few hours. Orders cannot be canceled after 24 hours as most orders are either partially or fully dispatched in this time frame. 

  • If you cancel your order before it has left our warehouse facility, we will refund it and you will not be charged anything.
  • If you cancel your order after it has been shipped, you will be charged for both the outward shipping and return fees.
  • If you refuse the DHL / Courier shipment, or DHL / Courier are unable to reach you and we are forced to bring back the shipment, you will be charged for both the outward shipping and return fees.

If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so by sending in a Cancel Request or sending us an email to within 12 hours from the time the order is placed.
