Return Policy

1. Items must be unworn, unwashed and unused, in their original condition with all tags and packaging attached.
2. Any free gifts or promotional items that came with your order must be returned too.
3. Please take care of items while they're with you. We can't accept returns that arrive used, stained or damaged, and we may decline the return, exchange or refund.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene reasons, and in line with global retail standards, we can't accept returns or exchanges on:

• Undergarments
• Fragrances, attars & perfumes
• Bakhoor, oud & incense
• Eid & Ramadan gift items
• Personal care items
• Personalised or made-to-order items

Return Process

Option 1: Online (fastest)

1. Log in to your account and open your order.
2. Click Request return, choose the item(s) and tell us the reason.
3. We'll review your request and email you return instructions.

Option 2: By email

Email cs@muslimlifestylestore.com with the subject "Return – Order Number" (for example, Return – #1234), listing the items you'd like to return.

Sending your items back

Once your return is approved, choose one of these:

Return Charges

If you'd like us to arrange your return through our DHL account, a fixed charge per return order applies. We'll deduct it from your refund. If you send the items back with your own courier, you won't pay this charge, but you're responsible for your own shipping costs.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items are always returned free of charge.

Exchanges

Need a different size or colour? Return your item using the steps above. Once we've received and inspected it, we'll issue store credit for the item's value.

You can use your store credit on:

• The same style in a different size or colour
• Any other product in our store

Your store credit never expires, so there's no rush to use it.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we'll process your refund and send you a confirmation email.

• Refunds go back to your original payment method. Please allow 2–5 working days after the confirmation email for the money to show in your account.
• You'll be refunded the amount you actually paid for the returned item(s), minus any DHL return charge (see Return Charges).
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except for faulty, damaged or incorrect items.
• Any free gifts or promotional items that came with your order must be returned to receive a full refund.

Items that fail inspection

If an item comes back stained, worn or damaged, we'll contact you first. We'll then either send it back to you or deduct 25% from your refund.

Coupons, gift cards & store credit

If you paid partly with a coupon, gift card or store credit, that part is refunded first, back to the gift card or store credit. Any remaining balance goes to your original payment method.

Cancellation

We dispatch orders quickly, often within a few hours. If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible, and within 24 hours of placing your order.

To cancel, email cs@muslimlifestylestore.com with the subject "Cancel – Order Number", or message us on WhatsApp.

• Not yet dispatched: we'll cancel your order and give you a full refund.
• Already dispatched: we can no longer cancel the order. Once it arrives, you can return it under our Return Policy.
• Refused or undeliverable shipments: if you refuse the delivery, or the courier can't reach you and the parcel comes back to us, we'll deduct both the outbound shipping and the return shipping costs from your refund.
